This policy applies to the Arrow Puzzle Android game (the “App”), provided by Neutale (Neekarth Technologies LLP, “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Arrow Puzzle does not require an account or sign-in and does not ask you to provide personal information. Game progress, scores, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device.
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share:
Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Where required, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for consent or present privacy choices before requesting ads. You can revisit available privacy choices from the App's Privacy section. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device settings.

The App does not request device location permission and does not collect precise location. Google Mobile Ads may use an IP address to estimate approximate location as described above.
The App does not offer purchases or subscriptions and does not collect payment or financial information.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall it. Advertising data is handled and retained by Google under Google's policies. Because Arrow Puzzle has no user accounts and we do not receive a user-provided identifier, we generally cannot identify or delete a particular person's advertising data. You may use Android's advertising privacy controls and the consent choices available in the App.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled by the App. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or legal requirements. The effective date above will be updated when the policy changes.
